Our dashboards connect via REST APIs to telemetry and ERP platforms common in the Argentine market. The integration does not require replacing your existing infrastructure; we configure connectors to capture GPS data, fuel consumption, and work orders. The initial process takes between two and four weeks, depending on the number of vehicles and the quality of historical data.

We apply a combination of genetic algorithms and tabu search adapted to the traveling salesman problem with time windows. The system considers real constraints such as load capacity, reception schedules at destinations, and traffic conditions on national routes. In tests with fleets in the metropolitan area of Buenos Aires, we managed to reduce kilometers traveled by up to 18% without affecting delivery times.

The dashboards display metrics such as average delivery time by zone, fuel consumption per kilometer, vehicle occupancy rate, and deviations from planned routes. We also generate automatic alerts when a vehicle deviates more than 15% from the optimal route or when idle time exceeds the configured threshold. All indicators are updated every five minutes with real-time data.

All data is transmitted via encrypted TLS 1.3 connections and stored on servers compliant with the Argentine Personal Data Protection Law (Law 25.326). We implement role-based access controls, audit logs for each query, and data anonymization in test environments. We conduct external security audits every six months.

During the implementation phase, we assign a dedicated integration engineer who works with your technical team for the first eight weeks. Afterwards, support includes email assistance with a response time of less than four business hours and a phone line for critical incidents available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. We also provide detailed technical documentation and quarterly training sessions.
