Dotsforchildrenot offers a B2B network for data analysis and corporate logistics. The platform allows users to access interactive dashboards for fleet monitoring, operational performance analysis, and advanced routing systems. The service is provided under the conditions described herein.

The user agrees to use the platform in accordance with the laws in force in Argentina and for its intended purposes. Unauthorized access to systems, mass data extraction, or manipulation of displayed indicators is not permitted.

• Maintain the confidentiality of access credentials.
• Do not share user accounts with unauthorized third parties.
• Immediately report any detected unauthorized use.

Dotsforchildrenot does not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. The platform is provided "as is" and subject to reasonable technical availability. The company shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits arising from the use of the service.

Specific Exclusions

No liability is assumed for business decisions based solely on data provided by the platform. The user is responsible for validating the information before taking operational actions.

All intellectual property rights to the platform, including its code, design, algorithms, and documentation, belong to Dotsforchildrenot. The user obtains a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the service for the duration of the agreement.

Effects of Termination

Upon termination of the service, the user must cease using the platform and delete any copies of protected materials. Stored data will be deleted within 90 days, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.

Dotsforchildrenot may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to users at least 15 days in advance through the platform or by email. Continued use of the service after modification implies acceptance of the new conditions.
